Scott T. Jeffers – President AAI, AIC, SCLA, FMDC
“We have to be creative and attentive to our policyholder needs. I believe there’s a definite need for companies like Sauquoit Valley Insurance Co. in New York State. Our direct relationship with our policyholders, allow us to take a strong personal interest in our clients. That’s unusual in today’s marketplace.
One advantage is that we write and service our own policies. We’re probably the only insurance company left in New York State that holds that unique status. It gives us more options to focus in on the needs of customers. What’s unique about us is that from the moment we were established until today, we’ve served and continue to meet our customers’ needs in Central New York.My goal is to bridge long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with our policyholders. After more than 140 years, we think our clients in Central New York agree we’ve accomplished that.”
